1st - Start Your Project
Tell us what you need - whether it’s building a new set, repairing a broken model, or archiving a collection. We will provide a free quote and timeline. Then, simply drop off your bricks in Yarmouth or ship them to us from anywhere in the US.
2nd - The "White Glove" Process
Your project is handled personally by Joshua McDougall in a pet-free, smoke-free studio. We treat every brick with collector-grade care.
For Builds & Repairs: We ensure structural integrity, precise sticker alignment, and sturdy connections.
For Archiving: We carefully disassemble and clean your set, sorting parts into numbered bags that match the original instructions.
3rd - Ready for Return
Once the work is done, we prepare your set for a safe journey home.
Display Ready: Finished models are "mummy-wrapped" for secure transport.
Storage Ready: Archived sets are returned in organized, labeled Ziploc bags.
The Handoff: Pick up locally or receive your package via tracked shipping - ready to enjoy or store.
